I've been one of JPW's biggest detractors, but that was the line's problem with not blocking the right assignment on the blitz.

jpw has to audible out of that play. that's why Saban was getting on to him on the sidelines. anyone could see that blitz coming, except JPW.

Nick may fire MA at the end of this year. He has done nothing to impress me. The 2nd down play was a damn joke. I told my wife what was coming and if I know then you think AU didn't. Stupid. We should have run the damn ball on 2nd and 3rd.

If we are going empty backfield they are going to blitz. JPW needs a dump off receiver, and we'll have to hope he can check off to him.

It was an obvious blitz that he should have read and gotten the ball out fast. He never even looked over there before the snap. Caldwell is suppossed to block the inside guy.
