Every player on Alabama wears their pants pulled all the way down to their shoes except for two (of which I can't see).

Same for UGA, their players prefer the pants down look as well.

It's worth mentioning that every starter has the pants down look going on for both teams as well.

Personally, I prefer the high socks look as opposed to the pants down look...but what do I know.
