Eubanks leading off. She crushes a solo home run about 250 feet over left-center. Alabama 2-0.

Larsen singles to short. Nice play by shortstop to make a diving stab but couldn't quite get the throw there in time.

Larsen steals second on first pitch to Rogers.

Rogers bunts, moves Larsen to third and nearly beats it out. Thrown out by third base for the sac.

Parker up in another money situation. She gets ahead 3-1 and thinks she takes ball four, but the ump calls her back. Never mind. Ball four in the dirt, runners on the corners.

Expect a double-steal attempt to get Larsen home.

Double steal attempt fails, Parker draws the throw to the second baseman. Larsen tries to go home and is thrown out 2-4-2 for out two, and Parker's still on first. (Good call by the ump at home).

Montalvo up, Parker thrown out stealing. Looked like a horrible call from here. Out three.

Bottom of the second, Jax State up:

Underwood gives it a long ride to left that Larsen catches on the warning track for out one.

Sellers handcuffed for her complete at-bat, finally strikes out swinging -- if you want to call it that -- for out two.

Svoboda pops up foul to third base for out three.

Top of the third for Alabama:

Montalvo walks. Morgan doubles, slicing it to right field.

Second and third for R-B, who pops up foul to first base.

Holcombe goes down the same way four out two.

Locke up with two in scoring position. She gets down two strikes quick, fouls a couple off and milks it full. This time she lays off the high outside pitch everyone's been chasing and walks the bases loaded.

Eubanks with a chance to break it wide open. I've never called a home run for Eubanks. I'm calling her shot right now.

She goes full. And ball four is inside on the knees and low. That's two walk-her-in RBIs and Alabama's ahead 4-0.

Larsen also draws a full-count walk. Jax State has to consider making a change.

Rogers grounds out to short. Bang-bang play at first. Murphy is questioning whether the foot came off the bag. Ump sticks wiht the call. Out three.
