the season is over. All other accomplishments are MEANINGLESS outside of the state. And don't say anything about recruiting - Saban will get who he wants regardless of who wins the Aluminum Bowl.
The only consolation is that Alabama won't have to play in the crappy Sugar against some non-BCS/crap BCS conference upstart. LSU can take that crap. McElroy is JPW II. McElwain is the reason this offense stinks. Who can argue with that? But, I'm predicting a close, close game with BAMA winning by 3 points. (Neither team can score a touchdown) But, the man that will win it for us is Leigh Tiffin. What if Alabama wins? Quit being so damned pessimistic.
If Alabama wins, it automatically puts us in the SEC championship game against Florida, and essentially puts us one win away from playing in the national championship. There is no reason to assume we're going to lose this game. We've won every game we've played this season, and we're coming off a bye week. We're the favorite, we're playing at home, we're statistically better in practically every category, we have better coaches, and we have better players. LSU is good, Alabama is better. It will be a good game, but winners find a way to win. You know him by now. If Bama wins this one by 1 point, 3-2, he'll come back and say they will lose to MSU and proceed to trash the offense and CJM AGAIN. I don't think BAMA's losing this weekend. They could obviously, but I don't think it's happening.
IF, IF they did I would hope that we realize that there's still plenty for this team to achieve. I mean, they could lose Saturday and still go to Atlanta for the SECCG. |
