Xenu: They've already started at my feet. Can I expect them to continue northward, oh great one.

I dunno. This forum is just so booooooring right now. That's the only reason I'm even bothering calling out plagues upon the other posters.

I'll spare you. You, at least, posted. I may not be so kind to the infernal lurkers feasting so blithely upon the fruits of the other poster's labor.

There is no "energy" most of the time now. What do you think it is? Remember that excitement we used to feel back in the winter, even after the coaching search and recruiting ended.

People aren't as daring as they used to be for one thing. Nothing is outrageous anymore either. Maybe most of the posters like it this way.

We might have to call up TheBob to get this party started. If we can keep him from going to far . . .

Instead of energy, maybe it's the "chemistry" that is lacking?

Chemistry and energy are related aren't they?
Lots of the old posters whose personalities ignited each other in some way are gone now.

And that's a bad thing? Kidding. I think it's just that time of year.

You are right Rabbi. The time of year is the main thing. By the way, I am using the phoenix bird again for my avatar instead of the wowsome Dark Phoenix.

I saved it though - for the future. Its great! Thanks.

Awesome CP. Save it for when you really need it and then SURPRISE! She's the DARK PHOENIX!

I must be getting tired . . .

I think the time of year has a lot to do with the amount of folks on at any given time...maybe. We all still work during the summer, don't we? And that seems to be when most folks are active...while they are at work.

I think we have seen a drop off here in the volume, at least to a small degree, because of Bamanation. We have 8656 posts, in 416 topics, as I post this tonight, and how long has the site been going, or active, 4 or 5 weeks?

I think once football season starts back up, we'll see the traffic increase here at this site, especially in the sports forums, also here at Halftime, and also at Sleazeballs R Us. Big Grin

I agree. It's strange that so many active posters disappeared at the same time. Just think about Buckeye, Legal, BamaBabe, Coonass, etc. Guess some of them are just really busy right now but they really kept this place going.

Buckeye is the only one out of those that has "disappeared" and yes I am glad about that. The rest still post here just not as much as they used to.
