And I knew he didn't have any food or treats, so I looked down to see what he had in his mouth, and he was chowing down on a cherry Now-n-Later, paper and all. Oh, well, he seemed to really enjoy it. And I can't blame him. They are quite enjoyable.

I always give my dog my old water bottles....she loves them and it seems to keep her from chewing up more expensive things.

I have my dog trained to only chew on things I give her.

It took a lot of traininging and scolding.

He's 14 and doesn't chew anything that isn't edible, lol. He was easy to break from chewing on forbidden things when he was a puppy. His sister was harder to break, but even she was broken by age 1 or so.

My lab is a year and a half, and she will chew on anything I give her. She doesn't go after shoes, but loves to find socks and tear them up.
She's chewed up old water bottles, a CD, 2 pairs of flip flops, parts to a vacuum (Dyson!), her own doggie pillow, indoor potty pads, and countless chew bones and squeak toys. But there's nothin better than when she looks up at me, wags her tail, and smiles cuz she knows I love her!

Anybody want a stupid cat? He darts in thee house, runs straight to the toilets, and drinks out of 'em. Now, I could care less if he drinks out of the toilet, but he puts his paws down in it and gets stuff on the seats. So I have to let the whole thing down. He's starting to TICK me off!!!

Shut the toilet seat! Mine are always down anyway. Weird pet peeve of mine, lol. That comes from living independently for all this time!

I like mine up; especially when I'm urinating.

I could just p*ss on the cat... I've started putting the seat down out of necessity.... If the cat continues, he'll be fare at some Chinese restaurant soon.
