Bias is more in what they chose to cover, the sensationalism in modern news, more so then party affiliation. But no network has been so biased to party affiliation than Fox News. There are many memo's that have leaked between the White House and Fox News that ask Fox to use "talking points" for different matters of the day....hense the White House using a 24 hour news organization to spin its dirty laundry and make it clean. Were you actually watching FOX? Every night, Brit Hume has a panel to discuss the hot topics of the day. This panel usually has 3 people - one conservative, one liberal, and one moderate. They disagree throughout the discussion. During the Demo convention, they have 4 on their panel - two dems, two repubs. No other news source makes such strides.
