I can't decide what I want this weekend for the game. I was hoping seeing what others are doing would give me some idea.

No decision here, either. I've been eating homemade chili all week because I don't know how to cook a little pot, lol. So I want something far different from that. Gonna be cold, though, so it's got to be something hot.

I may cook a pork tenderloin.

Hey coach, since it is a night game, I am thinking some Chinese take out food. There's a great Chinese restaurant close to our house.

No Taz, I was just thinking about eating as I am watching it at home. I'll be looking for you in the stands though.

Thanks for the idea. I have a tenderloin in the freezer. I have a great recipe, tenderloin w/ apple dijon reduction.

That reduction sauce sounds yummy.

Decided to go with the veg beef soup. It is in the crock pot now. I will decide tomorrow if I will go with the cornbread or the toasted jalapeno pimento cheese sandwiches.

Depending on your preference, I've got a great recipe for pork loin in the oven with a curry-based sauce. Tasty.

Oh, and I'm cooking chili tomorrow. Looks like we might have cooler weather tomorrow. Will be one of the 17 days we have cool weather all year down here.

I know it's cheating, but I use some taco seasoning in my chili. Shhhhhh.

It is yummy and easy too. All you need is dijon mustard, apple cider, and apple cider vinegar.
