Most people aren't checking the forum every five minutes. Like all of us, they leave it open while surfing elsewhere on the internet and return to it on a far less frequent basis.

Perhaps amnesty should be extended beyond 5 minutes? And if we do decide upon an extension, shouldn't we advertise it with a new thread?
