My screen looks all messed up like it did when you guys were doing the upgrades (worse actually.) What is going on? Am I the only one that is having this issue?

well its running fast and all but for example I don't have the quote, report or edit features. the actual layout of the forum looks similar to the way it did when the forum was under construction a while back
Maybe you were stripped of some of your privileges when you were brought back from your time out.
