Foxsports has them competing once again with Middle Tenn State to win the Sun Belt for a second consecutive year! However, Troy must have a death wish this year as they travel to Arkansas, Florida and Georgia. At least they will get Oklahoma State at home. Their apparent only weakness this season is an inexperienced Offensive Line...which can be a huge weakness.

All the Sun Belt Conference teams seem to be doing a round robin in the SEC. Although Alabama and Auburn are also playing Sun Belt teams, I doubt either will ever play Troy. I wouldn't count on those SEC teams "killing" troy...they took FSU and GA Tech to the wire last season, and they have a bunch of seniors coming back this season. The only team who murdered them was Nebraska...in Lincoln. They normally play their opponents pretty close.
