not right up there at all.

Ingram gets me pumped up. He's my hero. I just stiff armed the mail lady at the office for no reason at all. I think I hurt her but she knows what's up now. I wrote the number 22 on my tie. I'm a big bad black man.

I thought the DJ Hall catch was amazing. It just wasn't at home nor was it a TD/Almost TD

DJ's catch was a jump ball and looked to be more luck with a pinned ball where as it was clear that Prothro intended on doing exactly what he did and with a ball with a lot more volocity on it.

Here's the clip regardless. Yes there was a helmet in between both of the catches but that is where the similarities end as far as I'm concerned.

(Thanks for the clip) What? Hall wasn't thinking about making a catch?

Prothro's catch was much better for a number of reasons. Hall pushed off the DB and any receiver starting in the SEC should be able to make the catch that DJ did Prothro's has never been done before or since ... Granted alot of luck played into it.

Yes he meant to make the catch. I don't think he intended on a helmet being between him and the ball. He's strong and skilled and it worked out.

Prothro, completely meant to pull in his defender to make the catch behind the defenders back. Completely intentional and amazing.

not to mention Prothro then held on to the ball after a REALLY awkward front flip.

DJ made a great catch while being double covered and being knocked around by Vol db's (note the penalty). DJ owned Tennessee.

I think Hall's catch was not as appreciated due to the fact that he was hidden by defenders.
