It seems to me...when you want someone worse than they want you...that can never be a good situation.

We look like fools offering $4.5M...hell, we didn't just top the market price for head coaches...we blew it out of the water. WHY????????????????

I am not convinced the number is that high. Remember, Cecil Hurt suggested the number was in the 25 to 35 million dollar range, stil making him the highest paid coach in the nation.

my guess is it's about 28 mil for 7 years which is certainly fair and worth a good look if he wants to get out of the league.
