CORRECT! I don't know why people always throw up the AA game with out mentioning he was playing hurt. Fluker will start somewhere wether its Gaurd or Tackle. He will hit the field....

I referenced the AA game because the OP used the same game as evidence that he will start. He may start, but the AA game is not an indicator.

Yes he did, and was ready when he came to Bama. There were times i remember when he had a little trouble with a speed end but who doesnt? I mean you cant get the guy every single time. I dont know whats gonna happen but it will all shake itself out during fall practice. I am in no rush, the season is short and goes by so fast. Just be patient everyone. Cool

Those who want to get it done find a way.
Those that dont want to get it done find an excuse.

Oh I am. I just hope DJ doesn't get thrown under the bus if he doesn't start off like gangbusters. I think he's gonna need some time to live up to expectations

Well knowing the Alabama fanbase some people will probably write him off when he doesn't immidiately live up to their expectations.

It was also just a All American game, I don't think it's that easy for a line to gel in a week.

That's one part of it...he also has to be healthy and learn some better mechanics...the mechanics part will come pretty quickly....Coach Pendry will help him to cut out some steps to shorten his drop....If those things happen he will start at LT against VT.
