did you even see the UTn/USCe game? UTn scored 2 quick TDs off turnovers in the 1st Q and off another turnover early in the 2nd Q, and then held on for dear life ... well, that sounds overly dramatic, but they did only score 10 more points after that...

It was a win AND several offensive players are PO'ed (NR and BB)

They won 31-13. I'm not sure if "held on for dear life" would be the best way to describe it. "Held on for dear life" would be a pretty accurate description of our win over Tennessee.

I agree. As much as it pains me to say it, Tennessee is turning into a decent team. Their D is legitimate. How they managed to lose to Auburn I have no idea. And I just chalk the UCLA loss up to early season under-preparedness on account of a new coach. Their only losses other than those are to #1 teams.

I agree. I hate to say it, but their defense is the best we've seen all season. They were ready for Bama. I do think Bama shot themselves in the foot with the playcalling in the redzone and Ingrams ill timed fumble. But the Vols D is legit.

First. They lost another starting LB last Saturday. Savion Frazier tore his ACL. I wish the kid the best.

Next. Their freshman, top 100 WR recruit, Nu'Keese Richardson is probably going to leave the team. I attached a linky for those who want to check it out.

Linky

This updated linky says that there is no longer an issue with Richardson. Who knows what the actual truth is?

It was just a rumor?

It wasn't a rumor. Even LK said there were issues and Nuke didn't practice yesterday. Maybe they worked it out? I don't think the issues are resolved. Probably more information coming.

Take daddy's defense out of the mix and UT is not much better than Vandy. It is NOT a shock that one of the premier NFL defensive coaches is helping to keep pretty-boy son employed for now. Everyone wearing orange just needs to keep praying for Monte's good health. I have noticed the offense starting to make some strides, but, come on, that team isn't nearly as poised if they had a lesser defense ... (oh wait, that sounds like Bama deja vu ...)
