DiNardo had them wear white helmets also. Once he even had them wear white jerseys, I believe against Vandy.

Apparently its a fund raiser for katrina and they are wearing a new uniform for one game this year compliements of Nike. Of course Skip Bertman agreed because it costs LSU nothing, and they will auction them off after the game.

And don't forget the rest of the merchandising. I gotta have that LSU Katrina Ringer Tee!

Guilty I bought the houndstooth jersey about a month ago.

I like the houndstooth jersey. I didn't know the proceeds from this jersey went to Katrina survivors. That's a really great idea.

yep 1 dollar from the sale of each goes to the fund , I'm really glad they didn't stop at 75 cents like was previously discussed.
