Brittany Rogers started the second game for The USA National Team in the 2009 Canada Cup. The USA National team played Australia. Brittany played RF and batted ninth. In her first at bat in the 2nd, she walked, stole 2nd, advancced to 3rd on a passed ball and scored on a sac ground out. In her second at bat in the 3rd, she took 2nd on a single bunt, reached 3rd on a passed ball, and scored on a single hit by Watley.

Ashley Holcombe entered the game in the top of the 4th. In Ashley's first and only at bat in the bottom of the 4th, she singled.

Team USA won in 4 1/2, 7-0. Great start for Brittany, Ashley, and the USA National Team. GO USA!! ROLL TIDE!!!
