i heard reports today that les miles was on the phone with michigan ad last friday. I just get this feeling like he is still gonna go after the championship game. What do you guys think?

I agree. He said that he will be the coach at LSU next year. Well the championship game is next year. I would not trust Lester.

I think winning a NC might offset the damage that would be done to his reputation and he would be doing it for his alma mater.

If he were to go, it would be because "mama called". He would have no future plans beyond coaching UM until he retires. I am just surprised that UM has bungled this so badly.

gazing into my crystal ball ... I see ... a plethora of stories and comments on ESPN about the classy way UM and Miles handle this ... this shows how sorry Saban is ... we now have the "new blueprint" for coaching searches/departures ... Saban lied, but Miles was protecting his team and his University!
I've been wrong before ... we'll see. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 12-2 ... so much better than expected - NEXT year will be better - PROUD of the TIDE... ALWAYS! |
