Here's the way I see it. We have 24 committments. Corey Smith is a December grad, so he won't count towards this class. Destin Hood is more than likely looking at a first round draft pick in baseball. Jermaine Preyear, Kerry Murphy, Devonta Bolton's grades aren't looking good right now. Wes Neighbors will likley recieve the Bryant Scholly. I could see Chris Smelley and possibly one or two more guys greyshirting, because there will be current players leaving the team or loseing their scholarships. Yes, I know Saban doesn't like to greyshirt, but for the time being, that looks to be his only option. Saban is also going to be going after at least a couple more December grads, particulary Chris Jackson and Alex Ford. So assuming Smith graduates in December, we have two non-quals, Neighbors gets a Bryant Scholly, Saban greyshirts at least two, and we sign at least two more December grads, I can see us signing seven more.

I really hope Devonta Bolton qualifys. He has been one of my favorite recruits since he commited. Amazing Athletic ability, and he seems like a good kid in all of his interviews. RTR

Good question. My guess is that Jordan will find a spot in the secondary, and Preyear won't qualify.

Any Info on Mark Ingram Cap?

I could be wrong but even if Neighbors gets the Bryant scholly it still counts on this years class doesn't it?
