Why not go after a guy like Kirk Ferentz at Iowa. He is a proven winner in a major conference with medium talent. Just think what he could do on the big stage. He is a gret motivator and disciplinarian.

And he understands how to train and motivate the big uglies on the line...

I watched several of their games this year and enjoyed watching them play.
