Are they supposed to say they're not ready?

That's funny.

I am predicting a better Alabama showing than Tulane, but still a struggle on offense. That will be followed by more media disrespect leading to the Arkansas game. I then predict Alabama plays very well against Arkansas and beats them handily, provided ALL OL starters are back.

Their = They're

I hope they're ready. I was ready for when I got my wisdom teeth taken out... doesn't mean I didn't wake up feeling like I'd been punched in the mouth. Wink

WKU's coach said on the radio today that he wishes Alabama hadn't struggled so much against Tulane. He is a Nick Saban fan and knows that they won't show like that 2 weeks in a row. I agree that we'll struggle a bit, but I think we beat WKU by at least 2 touchdowns because of how bad we played last week.

dd. you may be a realist, but come on. Alabama ought to come out ready to make a statement on Saturday. I expect no less than a true sense of urgency and excitement from our crimson clad warriors. If we flatline coming out of the locker room, then yeah we've got serious problems, and will never reach our full potential.

Yes, those are the operative words. Unfortunately, they only seem to do what they ought to do on random occasions.

I hope I'm right and that Bama destroys them. I need a good confidence builder after last week.

This game should be over at the half 40 something to 0 or 7. Reserves will sloppily conclude the game and we will flatten out a bit but still score 14 or so more points. A 28-24 win or 19-12 win or something like last week and I will make dd4bama as my new "dear leader". Along the lines of KimJong Il or whateverhis name is.
