Heisman hopeful

Quarterbacking is A problem not THE problem. This team has gone into the tank 6 years in a row at the end of the year. That is a psychological issue. I would bet the entire starting lineup and reserves, with the exception of a couple, will be recruits from the last 2-3 years.
Appears Finebaum was right, Saban wanted to kick about 40 players off the team, but couldn't because he couldn't field a team.

Coach Bryant was 5-4-1 his first year at Bama. We really arent that talented of a team. One problem is our QB...thats just part of the problem.
Keep your head up and just know that Saban will turn it around.

Nice coaching, there, Saban.
See, if Bama had paid $6 million, you'da had Lee Majors coaching. No way the Six Million Dollar Man loses...ever! You guys just got cheap and didn't pay enough for the right guy.

I just don't know what to say. Unbelievable. Embarrassing. Pathetic. Weak. Nice way to say goodbye to some seniors. I hate it for Gilberry and Simeon and the others. I never dreamed we would lose to La Monroe. Who wants to see more of Jimmy Johns now. Maybe he wasn't playing due to fumble issues. I am just shell shocked....UNBELIEVABLE
12-2.....I would have taken it at the beginning of the year, but it sux now!!!!!

oh my god! we have hit rock bottom....JPW has NOT recovered from the LSU game and I'm guessing that Saban & Co. doesn't have any confidence in the back-ups.

I don't even know what to say. We have sucked for the last eleven years. In 2005 our 10 win season was reduced to nothing by the Auburn game. 99 was a great year, beat AU and sec champs, but lost to UT and La Tech. Also that is when the Dubose meltdown really started. It has just been really hard for us fans over that time period. Everytime we start to get something positive happening we just get our hearts ripped out!
It has to get better sometime, doesn't it?
Sorry for the rant,

Interesting post-game comments from CNS to Barry Krauss.
A sample: --It's about each individual dominating the guy across from him. --He apologized to the fans for not having the team ready. --Said he "harped" on guys all week that they can't take ULM lightly. He was worried about letdown. --Enumerated all the things we did to lose a game, and those are all the things that a team needs to avoid to win a game. --Unacceptable, and it won't happen in the future. I think he's definitely talking about sloughing off the dead weight. --Proud of JPW for working "his tail off" this week. Commented on one bad interception--other one should have been caught. --Need to get confidence. --Buncha other stuff, but those are the highlights.
