You had me man. I'm really excited about this basketball team. Athlon's also has them going to the final four. They've recruited well over the past two year and have a great class coming in this year. We could be good for some years to come. All we need now is a football program to match it.

I agree as we have great talent. CMG is a great recruiter but I have my doubts in his coaching still yet.His so called tough schedule leading up to the SEC schedule is not tough at all with teams on it that dont need to be there. Time will tell.I just look at the talent in the past years and look how far we didnt get in the big dance.Maybe this is the year.I ceratainly hope so. jmho

Exactly, and I do believe if I remember correctly there were people calling for his head a couple years back..

Gotta work out some kinks and work on free throw shooting, but it looks like we have a deep bench and a great starting five!

Yes, but his teammate PF did not. Justin Knox from Central (Tuscaloosa) and Rico Pickett from Decatur also signed LOIs.

I was watching ESPNews a little while ago, and Joe Lunardi was on. He said at this point he's picking a Final Four of Florida, Kansas, Wisconsin, and.... BAMA. He said the inside-outside combo of Steele and Jermareo, plus the fact that Steele is a senior, should lead to a lot of wins in March.

He said he's also heard that Bama was going to hire Spurrier, Saban, and Petrino, then let them pick teams from the current squad and coach a round-robin A-Day jamboree, with the best coach getting the head job and the other two becoming assistants.
