I truly think Saban is a special kind of coach. The man will win several SEC titles and more than one national title at BAMA IMO. We just have to make sure we keep him happy and support him and his family.

This tells you where Coach Saban's mind and heart is at, and what he wants to do at Alabama.
He sounds like a man on a mission: Success at rebuilding a great football program and a National Championship!

Coach Saban took the high road - not surprised by that. I also wonder if he is "on to" the huntsville times reporters. The first reporter (Marshall) writes a column that starts a negative recruiting topic of discussion across the state, the second reporter (Gattis) then asks Coach Saban what he thinks about negative recruiting. Reporters trying to elicit a response to "bump" the topic?

I silently added "Urban" to each of his references to "other schools".

That was put there to show that the negative recruiting probably began during that time and that it was also during that time that Tuberville made his first accusations about Alabama and made mention of probation. I just have not found the article again where he was quoted saying those things.

The Huntsville Times is so anti-Alabama that I have no doubt they're trying to stir something up. The sports reporting up here is absolutely pathetic. John Pruett and his cronies would increase circulation of the paper by probably 30% if they'd just retire or move on somewhere else.

Tubbs is just getting out worked.While Ears was hunting Saban was flying all over the south,Tubbs is just looking for a way to cover his tail.It's like someone losing a street fight and screaming he was sucker punched.It also lets me see that even Tubbs knows what is about to take place.
