been able to land a top-flight QB to build that offense around?? That puzzles me. I know about Garcia, but I think Spurrier can attract better. If South Carolina had an offense, they would be hard to handle. (No disrespect to the Smelley family).
Because Florida is 10 times the better destination for top flight players than S. Carolina. They do have great facilities and fan support, but S. Car doesn't have much of a history of success as Fl.
In addition, more/better talent in Fl. He doesn't seem to have the athletes to make life easier for his QB's...Stephen Garcia was supposed to be "that" quarterback, but he's too busy getting in trouble to make a difference.
