I think that game was in Tuscaloosa. I know I was at the game - but it was a long time ago. Anyone else rembember it being in T-town?

that was a cool post lgallion. I heard the opening notes of "Sweet Home Alabama" and looked up at the Jumbotron, and I could see Bear Bryant from my seat at BDS, while waiting for the TIDE to make it's entrance right before the first game of the season. Then I saw the 'A', and Nick Saban walked out in front of it, with John Parker and Andre right behind him. Hell, I could smell the stadium and feel the breeze...
All in my mind, and I have goosebumps right now. It will be a reality so soon. God, I can't wait!

I have tried with you, but your post today shows me you have NO CLASS.. even if you think what you wrote, you are out of schoold dude, if you are a dude.. uncalled for man, so uncool,,,

Nice POST lgallion.. brings me the memories i like to remember but you left one out that I is kind of subtle but I always like.

The smell of BBQ on a Saturday is like crimson icing on the cake. I think the BBQ even tastes better on Fall Saturday's.

When i was a kid, it was Sunday afternoons at 4 pm when the BEAR BRYANT show came on and for many of us was the only times we got to see Bama on TV. I used to treasure those replays, hearing Bear growl about the kid making the hit, where he was from and all that.

THIS IS ALABAMA FOOTBALL

DD get a grip. We have more to be excited about this year than in the last 6. We have had a couple of good teams, but anyone who kept up with Bama football knew it was a one year deal. So what if we just win 7 or 9 games. We have a future, whatever happens this year we will be better next year and the next year. I am fired up about the future for the first time in a while. So what if we get to excited about this year, lgallion has a great post, and if after reading that you are not fired up about the tradition and, finally, future of Alabama football, I would have to question what kind of fan you are.

Roll Tide! Every year is the year as long as BAMA take's the field.

Let's not get out of hand here.

You are a piece of ****. Go ahead and call me a Gilmer I don't care. Those things in the first post represent over a hundred years of Alabama. They are so much more representative than the last 10-20 years. Get off your high horse you smug sumb1tch
