Crimson Reign has over 20,000 posts. You don't say that about him. Why? Because you like what he says.

I'm trying to figure out the source of responses like yours.

Because he brings something of value to the table. Your whining and need for attention are agrivating. Nobody likes you. Take your ball and go home.

That you just forget about right now. I'm not on here to be "liked".
That is obvious when you posted on here a few months back that none of the freshman recruits would see much playing time or have a significant IMPACT this year, and that Julio was OK bound......sure sounded like a TROLL to me....WE have already seen that proven WRONG!....RTR!

In my opinion, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I agree nothing. But I think the disconnect here is that you are a realist or pragmatist, but you are coming across harsher and as more of a pessimist.
I would hate to think that after all this time (past losing season + probation), a few tough losses or crummy seasons would not bring out a lynch mob for CNS. I suspect this is your biggest fear: the Bama nation runs off a good coach. By tempering the fevor, folks won't ever expect too much too soon and thusly will not act so harshly.

We don't need more laws, just more executions.

Yes.

I disagree. You state that, but you want is to state your belief, force a change of other peoples beliefs, call anyone that doesnt agree with you part of the 'koolaid brigade', and say that everyone needs to stop saying we win the BCS title, when no one is saying that.

well what about your thoughts earlier in the spring that most of the freshmen would not see significant playing time and that they wouldn't have an impact?

we dont have to. you have shown multiple times, that if you say the team has issues (which you are entitled to your opinion) and someone else thinks that though the freshmen are young, in their eyes they are talented enough to provide depth and possibly be SEC caliber starters, you immediately say they drink crimson koolaid and they dont know what they are talking about. a 'realist' might say, i dont think they have that ability yet, but you know what, Philip Rivers started as a freshmen, Rolo McLain did, Kareem did, i dont think they can, but who knows. Yet you are unable to talk like that. You will say, THEY WILL PROVIDE NO DEPTH OR MAKE ANY GAME CHANGING PLAYS. I would ask you to see the difference, but it has been brought to your attention so many times, it isnt worth it now. Just dont be surprised that people react to you the way they do, you brought it on yourself.

This is ridiculous. dd's not going to be able to change anybody, and nobody is going to be able to change dd. If he starts a thread like this, just ignore it. By the same token, if some idiot comes on here and starts a thread about Alabama winning the National Championship, just ignore it.

I have NO tolerance for verb tense errors.

Is this an intervention? There is some show on tv that shows them and this reminds me of that.

Define "significant playing time" in actual minutes played. Just off the top of my head it was Ingram and Julio Jones who played significant minutes. That's 2 freshmen. Not sure how long Hightower played.

I think we had anywhere from 11 -14 freshmen see playing time, and Hightower saw quite a bit of playing time

Once again, please define "significant playing time." Playing on special teams for kickoffs wouldn't qualify in my opinion.

to me playing 1 down for Bama would be significant time.....but to answer your guestion: if they continue to play and contribute each game that should do it......team!
