Wreck

That's awful. That is turning into a really dangerous stretch of highway -- way too much traffic on 2 lanes. I've heard of a number of really awful fatal accidents on that stretch around Freeport in the last year.

yes, I live just off of highway 98 and past 331 everyday. This is a very dangerous road. It has rained a lot this past week to make it more dangerous.

this entire thread is wrong. siran's wife and four of his five kids have died in this wreck. there were 3 yr old twins, one of them died in the wreck (Shelly), and the other was airlifted to childrens hospital in birmingham (Ellie). the driver of the other vehicle is also dead, and was apparently drunk and driving on the wrong side of the road (Adam W. Wayman). also, i do not have any confirmation, but i have a source telling me that siran had to be removed from life support and has passed away also. i hope this source is wrong, but if it is correct, that makes 7 dead from this horrible accident. here is a link: http://blog.al.com/spotnews/2007/11/5_members_of_extide_player_sir.html

When quoting hospital personnel about a medical condition, that is a direct violation of HIPAA, the federal privacy act for health information. It could get them fired and the facility is at risk for litigation.
