hehehehe.....well-well-well they started it! I see it as justified b/c we were gonna play fair and it looked like we were gonna win easy that way, so the aggies started "manipulating technology" and once again it appears we've one upped them again, so either way the results are as they should be.

To be honest with you, I'm not running the program myself, but this is pretty funny. Especially since the ags are getting their panties in a wad calling us cheaters. Now isn't that the pot calling the kettle black? Wink

From Texags board:

A voicemail has been left on his phone. He is a programmer, so his lazy ass probably won't out of bed for a while. I will update again once we get the thing voting. This has the potential to be an amazing comeback or an EPIC FAIL on my part.

They're trying to wake up a longhorn to beg him to use his super-duper vote program against us. If he's not exaggerating, they have plenty of time to come back.

I have no doubts that they've used this before, but I'm not so sure it will be able to make up the difference in vote counts unless he's using a super computer. Of course if he's out on the west coast, they've got plenty of them....of course the next question is how would the ESPN servers hold up to that bombardment.

Well, that's what they get for being a cow college. Hope you enjoyed your waltz with Fran too!

Hurry back, Dontae, we miss #30, big man!

What operating system are you trying to run it on?

Windows Vista

Hmmm....it should be working since you've installed the proper framework. Did you restart your CPU after you installed? I'm not as familiar with the Vista security as I am with XP, but it could be a security issue with this program and Vista, especially since it's accessing the internet (but I'd have to see the code and such to know how to provide any further guidance). One thing to try is if you have any security software running to see if this program has permission to access the internet (that's a possible stumbling block).

The only other real option is to run this on an XP OS (with Framework 2.0 installed) or you can also install the Framework 2.0 on a Unix/Linux system and it should (I use that term lightly b/c I don't know how this was compiled or what was used to compile it) run there too.

Yeah, it's possible that a firewall is blocking access to the net. I believe that Vista comes with the .Net framework, so it shouldn't be necessary to install it if you're running Vista.

This was written and compiled with Visual Studio .Net on XP Pro SP2.

DO NOT TELL THEM HOW YOUR DOING IT! Take off that post because THEY ARE WATCHING US! If they know what your running... oh crap! Eeker

Ok, Im no computer wizard... just figured if they knew what it was written and compiled with that they may have a chance...
I have faith tho! lol

What makes this even better is that they helped their rival get to the finals... but now A&M has met their match and won't even be able to face them like they planned Big Grin
