Malicious no, reckless yes. The program author knew full and well that his application could theoretically bring the ESPN server down, just read the first post.

How different would the conversation be had that happened?


To be honest, I don't think anyone outside of ESPN.com would care. As a matter of fact, I'm fairly certain TAMU and Bama fans alike would think that it was hysterically funny.

I have enjoyed reading their message board. Some of their remarks are hilarious. They really have a good group of fans in College Station.

One of my favories was, "I think we have been out nerded."
