Combine this with their QB getting injured and coaching changes...UCLA is in big trouble.

I predict Tennessee beats them into the next century. Maybe then some of you will shut up about what an easy win it'll be in Knoxville.

7 to 9 wins in 2008. 2009 is the year.

where do they play ucla? I give the edge to ucla because it is first game of the season and I think ut will choke, not that ucla is so much better.

UT will win this one and win it big, and then they will beat Southern Miss and everyone will start talking about how good the Viles look. Then they will proceed to lose 3 of their next 5 games to UF, UGA, and Bama, with 2 of the 3 being ugly losses and the Phat Phil Death Watch will be on!

November 29, 2008. The accursed streak of 6 MUST END!!

So you think Tennessee beats Auburn in that stretch?

The next century is over 90 years away, that would be a hell of a beating. If they don't what are the chances you will chill just a little.....

I think UCLA pulls it out. Not many teams fare well in the first game, going across the country; unless you are USC.

I'll be pulling hard for UCLA. But I don't think they have a chance, not much of one anyway. Tennessee's losses are not near as bad as UCLA's. They only return 4 on offense and 5 on defense from a 6-7 team. New head coach, new offensive coach, new offense, but same defensive coach.
