The phone number is disconnected (probably because of all of the people calling about this story); the fax number belongs to some poor guy named James Morgan (not a newspaper), who will probably have to do the same thing; the Lincoln Daily is actually the newspaper for Lincoln, Illinois (it is my understanding that Lincoln, Alabama is so small there is no newspaper, as it feeds off of neighbor Talladega); none of the names can be linked to anything other than this story; and the idea is moronic as an elephant would not be able to do anything but be escorted in and out and would be so slow and boring and a liability that it simply wouldn’t be worthwhile. Debunk this myth. It was probably started by the same booger eater that said Spurrier to Alabama was a lock.
