It's nice to be ranked again, but I have a positive feeling that those polls will change in a hurry. Auburn will not last inside the top 10.

we were 7-6 last year, we dont deserve pre-season top 25. I dont believe we will be playing for the MNC title anyways, so not being ranked won't hurt us to start the year off.

Last year doesn't mean much when you look at this year's team. New players, new leadership, new team dynamics, other teams lost more than we did, we gained more than they did.

It all means very little at this point anyway...just the opinions of sports writers.

Just remember it is all opinions. Some say top 25, some say over rated.

The facts are...nobody knows. In college ball every team changes and it is a whole new year.

Don't get too excited about predictions of championships or doomsday prophesies.

They are over-rated based on what? You haven't even seen them play a game yet. So how do you know?

I am not glad we are ranked. I wish we'd be unranked at least for the first few games. I have said it before on here; I think the further under the radar we fly, the better our chances at having a good season.
